Devices must meet our minimum serviceable specifications before MCT Manage or MCT Protect goes into effect. We'll help scope what to update first.

Group 02

Professional Services

Time-based labor for everything outside ongoing managed coverage. Available to every customer.

Billed hourly in 15-minute increments. Managed services customers receive discounted labor rates. Materials, licensing, and third-party services are billed separately where applicable.

MCT React is the customer designation for break-fix-only engagements, billed prepaid in 5-hour blocks with no documentation retention. Not a service package, just a way to engage MCT without a recurring commitment.
