We can only support devices that meet our minimum serviceable specifications, whether or not they're on a managed plan. Anything below that has to be upgraded or replaced first, and we'll help scope what to handle first.

Time-based labor for everything outside ongoing managed coverage. Available to every customer.

Whatever stage your equipment is at, we handle it. Have someone joining the team? Let us know and we'll get their computer ready to go before day one. Someone moving desks or offices? We handle the move. Old laptops piling up in a closet? We securely wipe and dispose of them. From the day a device is ordered to the day it's retired, we handle setup, moves, upgrades, and secure disposal, so your team never has to think about it.

Billed hourly in 15-minute increments. Managed services customers receive discounted labor rates. Materials, licensing, and third-party services are billed separately where applicable.

MCT React is the customer designation for break-fix-only engagements, billed prepaid in 5-hour blocks with no documentation retention. Not a service package, just a way to engage MCT without a recurring commitment.
