It may be time to refresh your coverage.

Many MCT customers are on service agreements that predate our current packages. We honor those agreements and continue to service every account on the original terms. Nothing about your coverage changes without talking to you first.

That said, technology has moved quickly. The threats, tools, and protections that were standard when your agreement was signed are not what is reasonable today. Customers on legacy plans often have real gaps in their technology posture without realizing it: missing endpoint protection, outdated backup strategy, no multi-factor authentication on critical systems, or no monitoring on the segments that matter most.

Package names you may see on your paperwork, like MCT Protect or MCT Manage, have had different definitions and inclusions under different generations of contracts. The services tied to your specific account may not match what is described on our current services page, even if the package name looks the same.

We stay current on these trends so you do not have to. When you are ready, let us walk through your existing agreement and show you where your coverage may have fallen behind. If refreshing your agreement makes sense, we will put a new one together. If not, you keep exactly what you have. Either way, we can give you a full list of what is and is not covered under your current agreement so you have a complete picture of where you stand.
